There's plenty of festival action going on this week-end, People in the US can watch large parts of Bonnaroo there live on VEVO. There's DOWNLOAD festival in the UK, don't know if there's any stream for that. And there's Pinkpop in Holland of course. And I'm sure there's at least another dozen I don't even know about.
Best to check your local media I guess. If you have Satellite TV it might be worth doing a bit of browsing, a lot gets broadcast on Public TV stations.
